RATES

Our rates are in US dollars (USD) per room per night, inclusive of an 18% tax, and include breakfast. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and cash.

GUARANTEE HOLD

Reservations are guaranteed only until valid credit card details are provided, and the hold for the first night plus taxes is made or the total amount for the first night plus taxes is canceled if the reservation is made within 24 hours or less of check-in.

The reservation will only be considered confirmed if the hotel has received correct credit card details and the hold has been processed. Otherwise, the reservation will be in a "Temporary Hold" status for 24 hours. After this time, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Stay

At the time of Check-In, the guest must pay the total amount of their stay with the same credit card used for the reservation guarantee, with another accepted credit card, or an approved payment method.

 

Weekend Stays

When booking a weekend night, the establishment will request a prepayment that must be settled 12 hours before the check-in time (3:00 pm) at the latest to gain access to the room.

 

Consumption

On the day prior to check-out (either during the day or the previous night), the guest must pay the total amount of their consumptions (restaurant, laundry, etc.). In case of leaving without paying the bill, Il Buongustaio will charge the total amount to the credit card(s) provided earlier without prior authorization.

 

Note: The guest can continue to make additional purchases during their stay by directly settling the bill at the restaurant.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation of a reservation without charges is allowed with 24 hours' notice prior to the day of your arrival, not the check-in time.

 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge equal to the rate plus taxes for the first night of accommodation.

 

In the event of a force majeure cancellation, we may offer a refund if you have to cancel due to an unexpected circumstance beyond your control, such as natural disasters, road and airport closures, as well as flight cancellations that prevent you from reaching your destination. You will be required to provide notification of road or airport closures, as well as airline documentation regarding the flight cancellation.

NO SHOW

In the case of a no-show, the charge for the first night of room plus taxes will be applied to the credit card provided to guarantee your reservation, and the rest of the reserved nights will become unavailable. In the case of reservations made without guarantee, bookings will be subject to availability.

EXTRA PERSON

You must notify the Front Desk team in advance if the number of people in your reservation will be modified. The price for an extra person is USD 95.00 + 18% taxes, which will be automatically charged to the provided card(s), regardless of whether you notify us of an extra person staying in your room or not.

 

Children

The maximum capacity is the same for both adults and children. Children aged 12 or older should be included in the reservation as adults. The rate will be adjusted according to the maximum number of guests in the room. Please confirm with the hotel the availability of an extra bed.

CLAIMS

If you believe that the services offered do not meet the agreed terms between you and Il Buongustaio, or in the case of objections or situations that hinder the normal course of services, you must immediately notify our establishment. Contact information is available in the documents and confirmation messages of your reservation. The absence of this immediate notification will limit Il Buongustaio in seeking an appropriate solution. However, if after contacting our establishment, an appropriate solution is not reached, you may file a written complaint within 7 days following the termination date of the relevant service.

Once you have signed your registration form, you are informed and expressly accept the policies and conditions agreed upon in the lodging contract entered into at the time of the guest's check-in. Additionally, you accept all charges arising from this contract that cannot be evaded or disputed at a later time, and you agree to be responsible in the event that the specified person, company, association, or entity of any kind does not pay any amount or part of the charges.

RESTRICTIONS

It is strictly prohibited to:

- Bring pets into the premises. Please contact the hotel to inquire about service animals.

- Smoke in any area of the hotel. An automatic charge of USD 250 will be applied to your account for violating this restriction.

- Bring food and drinks into the restaurant area.

- Create disruptive noises, provoke altercations, bring in musicians, and in general, engage in any act that disturbs or inconveniences other guests.

- Use rooms for gambling, activities prohibited by law, or host gatherings that disrupt public order.

- Lodge in rooms individuals other than those registered, or in case of changes, notify the Front Desk in advance about any variations in the number or identification of individuals originally registered. Under no circumstances may the number of persons staying in each room exceed the capacity assigned by the company for each room.

- Il Buongustaio reserves the right to terminate the lodging service when the specified prohibitions are violated, without the guest causing them having any right or reduction in their debt for the received lodging or service, and they will also be obligated to pay compensation for damages or losses.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

- To make any purchase, you must be over 18 years old, make the purchase for personal use, and have legal capacity to carry out the transaction.

- You guarantee that all the information you provide to us is true and accurate, and that your signature is legitimate.

- Providing incorrect credit card information or a billing address for incorrect credit or debit cards may cause delays in the issuance of your travel documents and increase prices. Please ensure that the information you provide matches the billing statement of your credit card.

- We also reserve the right to cancel your reservation after its issuance if payment is not made or if incorrect information about the cardholder is provided.

- In the event of providing credit card details, we will use such information confidentially solely for the purpose of processing your hold and/or payment.

- Once invoices are issued, they cannot be reissued. Please provide billing details accurately.

- If you require a Tax Credit, you must send your tax information by email within 48 hours after making your reservation payment.

- Your breakfasts are not accumulable and/or transferable.

- Reception hours are not 24/7, and the establishment reserves the right to modify its processes at its convenience, which will be duly communicated
