DEPOSIT

To reserve an available date, the CLIENT must pay the SERVICE PROVIDER a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit corresponding to 10% of the event or $500 to confirm the availability of the event date and hire our services. If the CLIENT cancels the event, the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances. The CLIENT agrees that by paying this deposit, it is NON-REFUNDABLE and will not dispute its return. This deposit will not be granted as credit for future consumption at the restaurant. In the event of a change in the event date, the CLIENT may use this deposit within the next 3 months from the initial event date.

CANCELATION, MODIFICATION OF EVENT DATE

If the CLIENT cancels the EVENT, the deposit will not be refunded. This deposit will not be granted as credit for future consumption at the restaurant. The deposit may be used within a period of 3 months in case the CLIENT changes the initial date of their event.

If the CLIENT cancels fourteen (14) business days or more before the event, fifty percent (50.00%) of the amount paid will be refunded.

If the cancellation occurs between fourteen (14) days and five (5) days before the event date, twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total event cost will be refunded.

If the cancellation occurs for any reason five (5) days or less before the event, no portion of the payment will be refunded.

If the event is canceled for any reason, at any time, the CLIENT agrees to reimburse the SERVICE PROVIDER for each and every payment for services from providers, arranged and paid for by the SERVICE PROVIDER, on behalf of the CLIENT.

NUMBER OF GUESTS

The number of guests must be guaranteed by the CLIENT at least seven (7) business days before the EVENT date. The guaranteed number of guests cannot decrease within the seven (7) business days before the EVENT. If a guarantee is not provided by the deadline, the guarantee in the signed contract will be the final guarantee for the event. The SERVICE PROVIDER will make every effort to accommodate increases in the guarantee within the seven (7) business days before the EVENT. The SERVICE PROVIDER agrees to allow for a margin of a maximum of 10 guests or ten percent (10.00%) of the total number of guests (whichever is lower) above the contracted total to accommodate the over demand of attendees to the event authorized by the CLIENT. However, additional increases beyond this ten (10) of the margin, within 3 business days before the EVENT, will result in a surcharge of ten percent (10.00%) per person for each additional guest.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The above points and others will be stipulated in a legal contract between the parties regarding the conditions of service provision, which will be digitally signed after the deposit payment.
