GIFT CARD

PAYMENTS AND BILLING

The customer will be responsible for an additional transaction fee for online purchases.

Tax credit does not apply to Gift Card purchases.

Gift Cards can be paid for online with a credit or debit card, using Banco Davivienda's payment platform.

The customer can purchase more than one Gift Card during the same transaction, even of different amounts.

The price of the card will not be subject to any discounts and/or promotions of any kind.

GIFT CARD DELIVERY
Once purchased, the Gift Card will be delivered via email, along with the corresponding code. These will be sent after the purchase is validated by the restaurant and the issuing bank. The verification time is 1 to 2 business days.

USE OF THE GIFT CARD

The Gift Card will be valid for 6 months; in consecutive days, starting from the date of issuance. After the expiration period, the balance of the Gift Card will be zero.

10% tip is not included within the amount.

It can be used partially or in full. The balance of the Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash at any time or place.

If the Gift Card has a higher value than the products purchased, the gift certificate automatically takes on the value of the remaining amount.

If the Gift Card has a lower value than the products purchased, the gift certificate automatically pays a portion of the total value, and the remaining amount must be paid with another form of payment.

Upon completion of the consumption, you will sign a control sheet with the total amount consumed to keep a record of the Gift Card balance movements.

The unique generated code is a bearer document. The responsibility for the use and custody of the code belongs exclusively to the person who has it. The issuer declines all responsibility for the improper or fraudulent use of the gift cards."
