How do you make a reservation?To make a reservation, you must confirm with ILB the availability of the date. Once confirmed, a deposit of $500.00 is made. This amount is consumable and will be deducted from the total amount as a contribution to the event. Upon payment, we will send you a receipt detailing the name and date of the event, form, and proof of payment.

Is the deposit refundable?The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. If for any reason you cannot hold your event on the reserved date, there are two alternatives: - Date changes: You can use this deposit within the next 3 months from the initial event date. - Cancellation: The event is canceled definitively without a refund of the deposit. The deposit will not be granted as credit for future restaurant consumption.

Should I make any other payments besides the deposit?Yes, we request the first deposit as a reservation for the space, and then a second and third deposit are scheduled according to the dates of your event.

When do I pay the full amount for the event?After your event ends, we proceed to check all payments made, extra consumption, and calculate the new total amount.

What does having exclusivity mean?It means that you will have exclusive use of all areas of the restaurant to host your event. This includes the main dining area, bar, garden, etc. Additionally, it allows you to bring live music, a DJ, and special setup. With 40 guests or more, it's considered an exclusive event subject to minimum consumption requirements.

What is the fee for exclusivity and is it consumable?Yes, it is consumable between food and beverages. The minimum consumption depends on the day and time of your event. Here is a chart with the details.

What happens if I want exclusivity but I don't reach the required amount?At the end of the event, if you haven't reached the required amount, the difference will be charged.

Can I use that difference to consume at another time after the event?Unfortunately, no. That amount is specific to that particular day; it is not transferable nor does it remain as credit for future consumption.

For how long do I have exclusivity for my event?Usually, it's for 8 hours. After that time, an additional fee is charged per hour.

I don't require exclusivity; I don't mind sharing the restaurant with other customers.Perfect! We can reserve an exclusive area just for you. The only thing is that you won't be able to bring live music, and you can't disrupt the restaurant's service hours. Your event will be treated as a daily reservation. But remember, once you have 40 guests or more, it becomes an exclusive event and you'll need to meet the minimum consumption.

How do I choose my menu?When you inquire about an event, our team will send you a PDF document with several options. You can choose one of those or create your own menu through an appointment with the events manager. Menus can be 100% customized!

Can I create my own menu?Of course! If you feel that none of the options suit your preferences, we are happy to provide a custom quote.

I would like to bring my own appetizers, starters, seeds, dessert, cake, midnight menu. Is it possible?Yes, you just have to pay the corkage fee per person. Each category (appetizers, desserts, etc.) counts as corkage. The quantity of each category doesn't matter; only the corkage fee per person is charged. For example: if your event is for 95 people and you bring 200 desserts, you will be charged for 95 people.

Do you have a children's menu?We don't have a children's menu per se, but we do have options that are kid-friendly. For example, penne alfredo pasta, spaghetti bolognese, strawberry pancakes with Nutella and banana.

Do you offer menu tastings?Yes, we do. For events with up to 79 people, there's an additional charge. For events with 80 people or more, it's included. Menu tastings are scheduled around 2 months before the event and are for 4 people. You choose who accompanies you."

What is the bar service?It is a service that includes unlimited cold and hot non-alcoholic beverages, ice, fruits, etc. The price is fixed per person and is mandatory for events with 50 people or more.

What does the bar service include?The bar service includes sodas, natural juices, water, Americano coffee, cappuccino, espresso, latte, and tea. Mixers and fruits for cocktails are also included. It does not include tonic water. You can bring them at no additional cost.

Is it mandatory to have bar service?Yes. Remember that many of your guests do not drink alcohol; they drink water, mixed drinks with non-alcoholic beverages, enjoy having coffee with dessert, etc.

I would like to have specific cocktails. How is this done?You need to define the cocktails you want and the base liquor for each one. Since you already have the bar service, mixers are already included. For example: if you want mimosas, then the orange juice is included in the bar service and you just need to add the bottles of sparkling wine.

What happens if what is quoted is different from what is consumed?Whether you buy your bottles at ILB or bring them for corkage, the quotation calculates a standard consumption based on the number of guests. Only the consumed items are charged. For example: if we calculate 10 bottles of red wine and only 6 are consumed, only the 6 will be charged.

What types of tables, chairs, linens, and tableware do you have?We offer the furniture, linens, and tableware from the restaurant. The setup is the same as for a regular service. If you would like different linens and tableware, you will need to contact rental suppliers.

What is the capacity you have?As a restaurant, our capacities are limited. But you will always have access to everything we have available. Our maximum capacity on the terrace with our tables is 86 people. At the moment, we have 100 chairs. For tableware, glassware, and linens, you should inquire.

Do I have to rent everything if my event is larger?Not necessarily. We always have extra capacity, and you can use everything we have available. It's important to consider the type of setup you want and check availability with the events manager to see if you need to rent additional items to complement.
